After 20 years working in a fast paced technical industry, managing, coaching & mentoring people in various areas of development, I was forced to press life`s pause button after I was involved in a road traffic accident that ended up with me needing to look at Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The therapy transformed my life and offered me a range of resources that I continue to use on a daily basis, whether its running late for the train or for seemingly larger than life issues.
I now believe that everyone should try and find the time to pause and reflect.
After my therapy, I trained as a Psychotherapist and Life Coach and hold a Diploma in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) recognised by both the National Counselling Society (NCS) and the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a Diploma in Life Coaching (LC) recognised by the ACCPH.
How I Work
I work with a range of clients including individuals, small businesses and large enterprises where I often combine past and current experience to coach individuals and teams in their own environment to pass on my experience, where appropriate, to help others with their own story.
I am not a miracle worker but will be your sat – nav on your new journey whilst ensuring you are driving the vehicle to your next destination. I can work alongside you, either one to one, via video or in a workshop or work place setting to explore where you are now and help identify what is holding you back and provide clarity to help you move forward.
I am experienced, qualified, non – judgemental, straight talking and I keep it simple.
